  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

The Project Manager with a PMP certification and experience in a Scaled Agile environment. This role requires managing complex IT projects across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring adherence to project management practices. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical and business staff, oversee vendors, manage project budgets, and deliver projects on time and within budget. VITA certification is preferred.

Duties:
Serve as a hands-on technical project manager with development staff and business groups.
Coordinate and communicate with management and staff to coordinate work staff and resourcing.
Communicate timelines and expectations to technical and business staff.
Facilitate multi-functional technical team collaboration.
Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors in the execution of projects, including contract management, and work with procurement office(s).
Adhere to project management practices and governance requirements.
Coordinate with project management offices.
Maintain project budget, plans, tasks, schedules, risks, and status and disseminate information to team members and customers as defined in the communication plan.
Ensure documentation of requirements and use cases, facilitate design workshops for assigned project.
Ensure preparation of test objectives, test plans and test cases for assigned project.
Required Skills:
8 years of experience managing large MultiStream projects valued at $10M or greater each
8 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery (Networking, physical plant, vendor management, site provisioning)
PMP Certification
8 years of experience in both Scaled Agile and Waterfall Project Management
8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server)
8 years of experience managing projects with high visibility and high stakes
8 years of experience managing projects that had to coordinate with at least one external team.
8 years of experience managing a project as part of a larger program and under PMO governance.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Project Management or Finance/Business

Agile Scrum Master Certification
SAFe Scrum Master Certification
