Our client, a major North New Jersey utilities company, seeks a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project success from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with executives to align projects with strategic objectives
  • Manage resources, team members, and third-party contractors
  • Develop and track project budgets, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, communications, and training
Ideal Candidate:
  • 7+ years of technology project management experience, preferably in utilities
  • Strong background in infrastructure systems, networks, and cloud technologies
  • Proven track record in major infrastructure and application deployment projects
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • PMP certification required; ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred
  • Experience in PMO-structured environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
