  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Certified Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project management duties and oversee project execution
Author and maintain software requirement specification (SRS) documents essential for technical file specifications (Mail.dat and Mail.XML).
Oversee and help evolve technical specifications and documentation, plus spearhead creation of new ones as needed for system enhancements.
Conduct Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including the review and support for Technical Requirement Documents (TRD), crafting and revising test scripts, executing customer acceptance tests, conducting smoke and functional tests for production validation, documenting outcomes, and providing necessary testing artifacts and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Engage with industry professionals by attending Postal industry meetings, joining Mailer Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) workgroups, task groups, and user groups.
Design and implement performance indicators to monitor and communicate the progress of Customer Acceptance Testing.
Creation of automated testing scripts.
Development of training content, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guides relevant to affected CPPP applications.
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Professional Certifications Required:
Must hold a Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for technology or software development background.
Proficiency with Mail.DAT and Mail.XML is a distinct advantage.
Prior role as a business analyst is desirable, with a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification being advantageous.
Experienced in using requirements management tools such as ALM, VersionOne, JIRA, or Confluence.
Skilled in employing software testing tools including UFT and Selenium.
Proficient with database tools and analytics solutions, preferring experience with MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, and Teradata.
Well-versed in O365 suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, Teams, Workflow, Power BI).
Comparable Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks.
Experienced in managing or leading IT projects with knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.

Additional Requirements:
An additional four years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
