We are seeking a Head of Telecom Infrastructure for a direct hire position with our client in Plano, TX.


Client Relationship Management:

* Act as the primary owner of Telecom Infrastructure Platform clients, managing multiple teams to provide solutions and ensuring seamless communication.
* Provide services by using insights from stakeholder/partner relationships, actively seeking information to understand issues, expectations and needs

Sales Strategy & Execution:

* Oversees the daily operation and P&L ownership of the Telecom Infrastructure Platform.
* Design the five-year strategic planning of Telecom Infrastructure Platform, developing sales strategies, setting sales objectives, and allocate resources appropriately.
* Create an Annual business plan for Telecom Infrastructure Platform by setting budgets, targets, and and KPI objectives for the following year.
* Act of a key stakeholder contributing to product roadmap, prioritization and architecture definition.
* Lead Telecom Infrastructure Platform in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to facilitate brand and solution business growth.

Leadership:

* Lead Telecom Infrastructure Platform team (Sales, Product Management, and Engineering) optimized for successful business execution.
* Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Cross-functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with support teams (Legal, HR, Business Operations) to communicate business progress and customer information to maximize potential business opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new business development activities (Sales revenue, Net Operating Profit (NOP) team productivity and engagement).
* Develop and present monthly Op report to Regional Leadership including on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor of Engineering degree. Either Master of Science in Engineering or MBA preferred.
* Experience: 20+ years of industry professional experience in OBM or Solution business model approach, with a focus in Telecom Infra industry.
* At least 10+ years of experience managing stakeholder teams associated with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
* Proven experience with accountability for revenue, P&L, product lifecycle, and business development for solutions applications.
* Proven experience in sales leadership roles for OBM or Solution business model. Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
