RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Production Specialist 4 in Redmond, WA.
Typical Day in the Role:
* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to manage and review consumer product submissions from our licensees, guiding them from concept to final production on a wide range of consumer products
* Key projects: This role will contribute to Merch for global consumer products business, including events and collaborations with other brands
* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of daily review of product submissions, communication with licensees and providing creative and brand guidance to inform their product designs.
Core Responsibilities:
* Production Specialist will manage softlines product development, including but not limited to, apparel & accessories, footwear and home across multiple territories
* Manage/track product approvals through MyMediaBox, processing many submissions daily
* As a Production Specialist, you will provide copy review on packaging and product
* Track asset usage to ensure they are used within guidelines
* Review photos of contractual samples and provide feedback/approvals when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-5 years of experience in product development or relevant role
* Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Outlook
* Minimum 1 year of experience with Adobe Photoshop
* Minimum 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator
* Experience working with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize workload
* Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving ability
* Experience with MyMediaBox highly desirable
* Location based in or near Los Angeles desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
