RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst I in Dallas, TX.

Duties Include:
* Systems Analyst I will closely coordinate with Command Center Incident Managers and Incident Analyst to manage incidents
* Eyes on glass monitoring the Command Center mailbox and MS-Teams Chats
* Ownership and use of the MS-Teams and WebEx conference lines for triage and follow up calls
* Responding for assigning MS-Teams/WebEx conference bridges and joining incident calls
* As a Systems Analyst I, you will be coordinating technical resources during incident calls to expedite recovery and minimize impact to Fannie Mae external customers and internal users
* Paging of resources and groups as requested for incident triage calls using tools like xMatters, Everbridge, etc.
* Managing incident data using tools like SharePoint, Confluence
* On occasions, managing non-critical incident calls

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
* AWS Certified
* Well-rounded IT background
* Experience with ticketing system (e.g., MyServices, JIRA)
* Experience in infrastructure and application monitoring using tools (e.g., Catchpoint, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Splunk etc.)
* Experience with monitoring Cloud applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Experience in managing Helpline numbers
* Understanding of Unix, Linux, and databases
* Understanding of AWS Cloud infrastructure and applications
* Understanding of Incident Escalation process
* Experience in working in shifts, weekends, and holidays to support incident calls

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
