  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Azure DevOps to support our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with complex IT web applications and a proven ability to facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for software development projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team, project manager, and business clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Lead meetings, conduct training sessions, and present information to diverse audiences.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status and findings.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and management, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support application testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: Need 10 Years Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with complex IT web applications.
  • 5+ years in a professional office environment.
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with 3+ years of experience leading meetings and presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • 2+ years of experience working with development teams on software projects.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with Azure DevOps.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
