Job Title: Service Desk/PC Deployment Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an On-Site Service Desk/PC Deployment Consultant to provide technical support at a large manufacturing plant. This is a full-time, 5 days/week on-site role, initially covering a 12-week contract, with strong potential for a permanent position. The consultant will backfill a Service Desk Analyst who was responsible for deploying PCs (including imaging), resolving site support tickets through Cherwell, and providing teleconference support (MS Teams, connectivity issues). The role supports the employees at the plant in Henderson, NV.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure PCs (imaging, software installation, and configuration)
  • Handle support tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Ensure data backup, security, and PC migration
  • Provide teleconnectivity and teleconference support
  • Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the Help Desk on-site

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A+ certification preferred, with 8+ years of enterprise-level IT/Desktop support
  • Strong experience in PC imaging, deployment, and migration
  • Proficiency in Windows deployment, teleconference support, printer setup
  • Familiar with ticketing systems like Cherwell and other asset management tools
  • Immediate availability for interview and start by early
