Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, specifically tenant improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects within timeline and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the project
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring that projects meet all necessary standards and regulations
  • Proactively identify and address any project risks or issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Experience managing Healthcare projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
