They are looking for a talented Robotics Mechanic to join their dynamic team and help them build and maintain the next generation of robotic systems.

As a Robotics Mechanic, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of robotic systems used in their automotive applications. You will work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure that their robotic equipment operates at peak efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install, and maintain robotic systems and components based on engineering specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on robotic machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct tests and quality control checks on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications to maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in the design and prototyping of new robotic systems, providing feedback on mechanical performance.
  • Assist in training team members on proper maintenance and operation of robotic equipment.
  • Stay current with advancements in robotic technology and automotive manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, robotics, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
