They are looking for a skilled Robotics Field Engineer to join their growing team and help them bring their vision to life.

As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of their robotic systems at client locations. You will work directly with customers to ensure successful implementation and operation of their technology, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain robotic systems at client facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair of robotic systems, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations for optimizing robotic operations.
  • Train customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to relay client feedback and assist in the development of system improvements.
  • Document field activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in robotics and automation technology.
  • Participate in the development of technical training materials and user manuals for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or a related field, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of robotic systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
  • Proficient in programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
