Hiring Salary Range: $42,400.00 - 53,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Job responsibilities:
- Answer and roll calls seamlessly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls flawlessly.
- Produce high-quality memos and reports, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Read scripts, watch cuts, and provide insightful coverage.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Complete expense reports accurately.
- Assist with projects and events as needed, ensuring they run efficiently.
- Co-manage department interns, encouraging a collaborative environment.
- Update department grids daily for flawless operations.
- Take on additional projects and duties as assigned, successfully implementing them.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of one year working as an administrative assistant or in an equivalent position at an agency, network, studio, production company, or management company.
- Proven experience in the entertainment industry is required.
- Possess exceptional knowledge of and passion for the TV industry.
- Strong communication, computer, and phone skills.
- Excellent decision-making ability with a knack for anticipating needs and potential issues.
- Expert multi-tasker capable of accomplishing tasks quickly and accurately.
- A great teammate who thrives in collaborative environments and joint projects.
