Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst Participation Automation, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Actively manage product backlog

Research and capture requirements for User Stories

Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews

Write acceptance criteria

Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)

Sit as a proxy for the PO when needed

QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Business Analyst; Capital Markets experience a plus

Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices

Story writing in Agile formats

Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews

Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA

Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit

Good communicator, both written and verbal

Well organized

Attention to detail

Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand

CSPO a plus

SAFe certified a plus

ADO experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
