Responsibilities
1, Conduct comprehensive audits of purchasing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Review and analyze financial documents, invoices, contracts, and relevant records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Verify that all purchases adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with All-Inclusive contracts by reviewing terms, monitoring performance, and identifying deviations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and legal departments, to address audit findings.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and actionable plans to improve processes and mitigate risks.
- A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as CPA or CIA certification, is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial auditing, preferably with a focus on purchasing and invoicing.
- Familiarity with All-Inclusive contracts and experience in contract compliance auditing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
