We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing purchasing and invoicing practices and ensuring compliance with All-Inclusive contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance, accounting, and auditing background, with a keen eye for discrepancies and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

1, Conduct comprehensive audits of purchasing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Review and analyze financial documents, invoices, contracts, and relevant records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Verify that all purchases adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with All-Inclusive contracts by reviewing terms, monitoring performance, and identifying deviations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and legal departments, to address audit findings.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and actionable plans to improve processes and mitigate risks.

Qualifications
  • A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as CPA or CIA certification, is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial auditing, preferably with a focus on purchasing and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with All-Inclusive contracts and experience in contract compliance auditing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
