Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled jBPM Developer with strong expertise in Core Java and multi-threaded programming, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing business process workflows using jBPM, while also leveraging microservices architecture. You will work on Oracle databases and interact with cloud platforms, primarily AWS, as well as front-end and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows using jBPM and integrate them into enterprise-level applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions using Core Java and multi-threaded programming techniques.

Implement and manage microservices architecture to support workflow processing.

Work with Oracle databases to store and retrieve critical data as part of the business process workflows.

Leverage ReactJS for building user interfaces and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.

Utilize Cassandra for distributed database management and AWS cloud for infrastructure scalability and storage.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ensure proper integration of jBPM with other backend services and front-end systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience with jBPM and Core Java development.

Proficiency in multi-threaded programming and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.

Working knowledge of ReactJS, Kubernetes, Cassandra, and AWS cloud technologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Knowledge of best practices for deploying and maintaining applications on AWS cloud.

Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Cassandra for handling large-scale distributed databases.

Education

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in AWS Cloud, Java, or Kubernetes are a plus.
