Job Overview

Organization Development Consultant to assist with a short-term project to support the development of engaging and informative training videos, job aides and resources to support change management efforts as they launch a new enterprise HR system. The ideal candidate must have experience designing training content utilizing the Vyond authoring tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand training objectives and target audience needs.
  • Utilize Vyond to create dynamic and visually appealing training videos based on provided scripts.
  • Ensure content is engaging, cohesive, and aligned with branding and learning standards.
  • Edit and refine videos based on feedback to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Incorporate best practices in instructional design to enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Deliver completed videos within established timelines.
  • Support the broader cross-functional project team to create various supplemental resources including job-aides and best practices guides, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development, specifically using the Vyond platform.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR topics and enterprise platform training is a plus.
