Role IAM Engineer
Skills to look for: IAM Experience L3
Saviynt preferred
IAM platform assistance for Saviynt, including setup, management, oversight, and troubleshooting tasks for the customer's IAM environment(s).
Hands-on work with aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules, and roles
Perform day-to-day operations and production support.
Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices.
Configure and deploy Saviynt Connectors for various target systems.
Hands-on support for IAM platform, including implementation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities across Customer's IAM environment(s) for Saviynt.
Manage and administer access to Service Provider-operated Systems, Networks, Software, and Customer Data.
Define, implement, and operate access management protocols, tools, and processes as approved in advance by Customer.
Access rights and identities to be established, controlled, authorized, administered, reported, and audited.
Be responsible for all related administration for user IDs and passwords for Provider-operated Systems.
Participate in meetings to understand and recommend the best technical, most cost-effective solutions.
Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant with latest versions, configuration changes and development initiatives.
Perform incident triage, documentation, and escalation of appropriate incidents to cybersecurity incident handlers.
Investigate and provide technical analysis of various security incidents and possible compromise of systems.
Work the full ticket lifecycle; handle every step of the alert, from detection to remediation.
Staying up to date with current security vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures.
Interface with customer onsite team to mitigate security incidents.
Assist with the preparation of Business required / requested reports.
Knowledge on ServiceNow and Workday tool
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Subject matter expert (SME) / L3+ experience, Strong understanding of IAM Application / Tools.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Excellent business process and change management skills with ability to develop strategy, evaluate efficacy, influence stakeholders, drive implementation and measure success.
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.
Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
