  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements Analyst - Remote
RA supports SEVP federal product owners for SEVP-owned systems and sub-systems. RA shall provide analytical consultative services required to asses and identify needed changes to business requirements needed for SEVIS and its subsystems to meet changing regulations and, Policy or agency needs.

This support includes all support for business requirements and supporting the product owners with communications with the users, planning teams, and the development teams. The RA is key in communicating SEVP vision of, and requirements for, the projects to the Planning and Development Teams. The RA will work closely with the product owners to define and analyze requirements analysis for clarity, efficiency, suggested priority, quality and traceability. The RA is responsible for enabling the product owners to manage requirements elicitation, documentation, refinement, and prioritization. The RA will also support the process of communicating requirements to the development and planning team and accepting the development efforts as meeting the requirements.
  • Convert those needs into system requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Collaborate with the technical and testing teams on the development and testing of thos requirements.
  • Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements.
  • Review Business and system, software and system integration requirements to ensure the requirements meet the program needs.
  • Consider alternative and develop recommendations.
  • Identify, communicate and resolve risks
  • Identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
  • Research and analyze resource material.
  • Monitor system test and review test results.
Highly Desire Experience:
  • Writing requirements.
  • Expert level familiarity with the specific functions of SEVIS.
  • Knowledge of the regulations/policies governing SEVP schools and nonimmigrant students.
  • Making presentations and facilitating meetings.
  • Familiarity with the Academic Community serving international students.
  • Using JIRA and Confluence
