Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced UX Designer to join our consulting team, delivering meaningful impact through user-centered design. As part of HTC Global Services, you will collaborate with our diverse client base to design intuitive, functional, and visually compelling user experiences.

As a UX Designer at HTC Global Services, you will be an active partner with our client stakeholders, helping prioritize work based on the value it will deliver while creating intuitive and visually compelling experiences for their users.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing complex applications, with a strong understanding of information architecture and visual design. They will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences and a deep grasp of the outcomes we aim to achieve for our clients. The candidate should be capable of working tactically with minimal supervision, while also maintaining a strategic outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
• User-Centered Design Solutions: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and optimize user experiences.
• Create Compelling User Interfaces: Ensure seamless user journeys by designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Lead usability testing, gathering user feedback and incorporating it into iterative design improvements.
• Design Consistency: Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring coherent interaction design.
• Industry Best Practices: Stay updated with trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques into your work, with a focus on accessibility and responsive design.
• Effective Communication: Confidently support justify design decisions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind UX choices.

Requirements:

• 8 years of UX Design Experience: Especially working on complex digital products.
• Proficiency in Complex Applications: Skilled in designing responsive web applications, ensuring a balance between visual appeal and functionality.
• Design Tools: Mastery in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other design applications.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• User-Centered Focus: Proven ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Bonus Experience: GIS/spatial data analysis applications or experience in public sector, academia, or nonprofit projects.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
