Design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.
Resolve production issues as well as guiding the team in solving Incidents/problems.
Participation in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation related to Business Processes, Security and Reporting. Configure Workday core Systems (like HR, Kronos Time and Pay Module, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation Management, Talent Management and Recruiting).
Configure business process changes and maintain domain security.
Configure new user/role based security group for access management
Must be well versed with Inbound Outbound EIB s. Focus on Continuous improvement of HR Systems Processes
Manage and maintain additional HR IT systems (like Kronos and Finance/Recruitment/Payroll related Workday integrations.) This entails providing level 1, 2 support, working with IT and the application providers on functionality enhancements, testing and configuring changes, and communication to users
Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors.
Provide ad hoc and/or structured training for modules mentioned above
Design deploy user-friendly mechanisms for stakeholders to be able to produce informative HR data on a self-service basis
Strong functional knowledge for Core HCM including:
o Supervisory organizations
o Compensation
o Security
o Business Process
o Reporting
Should have knowledge debugging issues like:
o Extensions
o Move Workers processes
o Business Processes configuration/Modifications/Enhancements
o Setup Workday Security/ Domain Policies/ Business Process policies
o Compensation Plans/ Payments/Elements/Eligibility Rules
