Description:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements. With your deep expertise in Salesforce development and a special focus on OmniStudio, you will be engaged in projects aimed at harnessing the power of Salesforce to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools and features, including FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts.
  • Leverage your extensive experience in Salesforce development to customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Drive the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities to improve business processes and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including proficiency in FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Some experience working with government agencies OR some experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities, configurations, and relevant objects is highly preferred.
Certification:
  • OmniStudio Developer certification is required.
  • Certified Platform Developer II certification is required.
