  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Ask? Client is looking for an experienced SAP ECC Consultant to conduct review and analysis of functional specifications or blueprint documents to provide technical approach and solution and effort estimates.

Skills and Experience_

  • At least 8 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment.
  • Deep knowledge and implementation experience with SAP procurement modules and processes and integration s
  • Front end Fiori application development
  • SAP SD/CRM module and web-UI/Web-IC
  • Experience with ECC in SAP.
  • Experience with CRM in SAP.
  • Knowledge reflected in SAP S/4HANA related certifications.

Responsibilities_

  • Incident Solving
  • Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, info docs derived from solved customer incidents, documentation, WIKI, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions
  • Achieve a good level of customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoots and resolves incidents and issues.
  • Identify, prioritize, resolve, document, and communicate technical and operational issues related to internal software applications.
  • Engage with end users in a professional and helpful manner as needed.
  • Meet with business process to provide solutions and assist in the development needed to meet business and end-user needs.
