Store Systems Project Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Store Systems Project Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Agile & Scrum Project Manager to drive the delivery of retail and restaurant technology solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile project teams in planning, executing, and delivering retail and restaurant technology projects using Scrum methodologies
* Work closely with systems engineers, software and hardware vendors, business stakeholders, and various IT teams to define project requirements, prioritize backlog items, and plan sprints
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
* Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success
* Track project progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders
* Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization
* Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, standards, and processes, driving consistency and efficiency in project delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
* Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable
* 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and retail/restaurant technology
* Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Agile projects in a retail or restaurant technology environment
* Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
* Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
* Familiarity with retail/restaurant technology solutions such as POS systems, self-service kiosks, and mobile applications is a plus
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing stakeholder relationships

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
