Responsibilities:

• Provide software implementation services within the current ServiceNow environment
• Implement the module and submodules to align with current business practices and provide continued enhancement services
• Provide project management services, subject matter expertise, development services, and training to implement the ServiceNow SPM modules to include the Innovation Management, Demand Management, and Portfolio, Project Management sub-modules, and SecOps modules to include a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) capabilities and to include ITAM HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules
• Implement the SPM Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to include Projects, Programs, Portfolios, and associated foundational data
• Implement the ServiceNow SPM Innovation Management and Demand Management to include end to-end intake processes and support governance
• Implement the ServiceNow SPM module to Strategic Planner/Alignment Planner Workspace for portfolio and senior leadership oversight of the portfolio(s)
• Implement the ServiceNow SPM module to Agile/SAFe for backlog/program increment tracking and agile release management
• Implement resource management and timesheets for federal staff and contractors to track time against projects, programs, and portfolios for planned vs. actual cost tracking
• Implement the ServiceNow SIR module to identify, prioritize, and remediate critical security incidents
• Implement the ServiceNow VR module to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities within the environment
• Implement HAM to accurately track, manage, and optimize the utilization of all hardware assets within the environment. This initiative will ensure optimal asset allocation, reduce unnecessary hardware expenditures, and support our client s sustainability goals by prolonging the lifecycle of hardware assets
• Implement SAM to manage the software lifecycle across our client s portfolio, including licensing compliance, utilization tracking, and optimization of software investments. This approach will mitigate legal risks, reduce software costs, and ensure the right tools are available for teams.

Requirements:

• Able to use out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality as the preferred implementation approach. ServiceNow OOTB functionality ensures that the client can upgrade to future ServiceNow versions without additional cost due to customization. After deploying the initial Minimal Viable Products into production, the contractor will work with product owners to determine if any customizations are needed to meet specific needs or enhancements.
• At least 10 years experience within IT
• Bachelor s degree (or relevant work experience may be substituted)
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
