  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and ITOM.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop solutions

- Develop and maintain technical documentation

- Conduct training sessions for clients

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices

Requirements:

- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (implementation, configuration, development)

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with ITIL framework

- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

- Experience with integration technologies (REST API, Web Services)
