  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Remote | Application Packaging Engineer (SCCM) | Full-time

We are actively recruiting an Application Packaging Engineer for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a fully remote contract opportunity that would be ideal for someone who has extensive experience with SCCM, VMware, Citrix, and scripting languages. Must be located within the United States.

Due to client request, candidates must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Packaging: Create, test, and deploy application packages using SCCM, VMware, and Citrix.
  • Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts to automate application deployment and configuration.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to application packaging and deployment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of application packaging processes and procedures.
  • Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in application packaging and deployment using SCCM, VMware, and Citrix.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in SCCM, VMware, Citrix, or scripting languages.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
