As the People Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the potential of our workforce by transforming data into actionable insights. Working at the intersection of HR and data science, you will help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention. Your insights will directly shape the strategies for building a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy & Analysis: Develop and maintain a robust people analytics framework that captures, analyzes, and visualizes HR data to support strategic decision-making
  • Employee Insights & Reporting: Use Qualee’s platform and other tools to gather insights from engagement surveys, retention metrics, and performance data, providing regular reports to leadership
  • Predictive Analytics: Implement models to forecast trends such as turnover risks, talent needs, and employee performance, helping prevent challenges before they arise
  • Engagement & Retention Support: Collaborate with HR and management to design data-driven strategies for improving employee engagement, well-being, and retention
  • DEI Analysis: Partner with DEI teams to track progress on inclusion initiatives and develop targeted interventions for a more inclusive workplace
  • Technology & Tools: Leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate data collection and generate actionable recommendations
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between HR, leadership, and IT teams to align people analytics initiatives with organizational goals
  • Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure ethical data usage, compliance with labor laws, and adherence to privacy regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in people analytics, data science, or a related field, ideally in a tech-driven environment
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python) and familiarity with AI-powered HR platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and DEI initiatives
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in predictive analytics and building data models is a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment
