This position is ideal for an established retail operations leader with experience in second line people management. This position will be key in driving operational efficiency, store profitability, and furthering the brands operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency: Lead the optimization of retail operations, inventory management, logistics, and store procedures.
  • Store Leadership: Oversee new store openings, ensuring proper execution of processes, facility operations, and staff coordination, including hiring & training.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the store leadership team to driving operational excellence through continuous training and coaching.
  • Strategic Planning: Alongside the senior leadership, align operational initiatives with business growth and expansion plans.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of senior retail management experience within apparel, or accessory retail.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on operational improvement.
  • Experience managing multi-location retail operations.
