Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and outreach activities to identify and qualify potential leads
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate interest in our software development services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through diligent research and lead list building
- Craft and refine messaging to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales development activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals, share insights, and drive overall sales strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies and messaging
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cold calling, prospecting, and outreach
- Native level English proficiency with an A+ quality of communication
- Knowledge of software development services is preferred
- Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of CRM usage
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting, lead list building, and message crafting
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
