Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and outreach activities to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate interest in our software development services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through diligent research and lead list building
  • Craft and refine messaging to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales development activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals, share insights, and drive overall sales strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies and messaging

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in cold calling, prospecting, and outreach
  • Native level English proficiency with an A+ quality of communication
  • Knowledge of software development services is preferred
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of CRM usage
  • Demonstrated ability in prospecting, lead list building, and message crafting
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
