  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and physician offices for scheduling diagnostic sleep testing
  • Conduct heavy phone work, including inbound and outbound calls, and schedule a minimum of 20 patients per day
  • Obtain patient history and clinical data prior to appointments and educate patients on the testing process
  • Verify insurance online before scheduling to ensure compliant billing
  • Communicate with the clinical team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure service availability

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage inbound calls
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Must be available to work 1 weekend day and 1 evening shift per month

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a medical setting
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new software
  • High level of organization and accuracy
