- Conduct heavy phone work, including inbound and outbound calls, and schedule a minimum of 20 patients per day
- Obtain patient history and clinical data prior to appointments and educate patients on the testing process
- Verify insurance online before scheduling to ensure compliant billing
- Communicate with the clinical team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure service availability
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage inbound calls
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be available to work 1 weekend day and 1 evening shift per month
- Experience in a medical setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of new software
- High level of organization and accuracy
