Job Title: Medicare and Medicaid Enrollment Specialist
Location: 100% remote (must have North Carolina Credentialing experience)
experience in the following states if possible: PA, CA, FL, & NC
Schedule: M-F 8-5 or 7-4
Duration/Type: Contract to Hire
Job Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment specialist. This position is 100% remote, but they are seeking individuals with credentialing and enrollment experience in PA, CA, FL, and NC. This is a temporary to hire position based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Enrolling eligible providers for Medicare and Medicaid and linking to all locations
Enrolling eligible locations for Medicare and Medicaid as requested by the organization.
Monitoring and revalidating the Medicare and Medicaid portals of the organizations assigned for revalidation of providers and NPI s and/or locations to ensure there are no lapse in services.
Direct data entry of provider information, approval dates, revalidation dates and any special notes.
Documenting enrollments as well as communication with Medicare, Medicaid, and any additional 3rd party contacts.
Regularly communicates with account reps for enrollment process regarding Medicaid and Medicare status .
Participates in organizational meetings with the account rep to answer key questions regarding Medicaid and Medicare.
Provides training and education to organizations and providers regarding Medicare, NPPES and surrogacy as needed as well as Medicaid requirements for their specific states.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in health care, mental health care, health care administration related field, preferred.
Must have Medicare/Medicaid enrollment experience, Ideally 2-3 years
Must be tech savvy
Experience submitting enrollment directly to insurance companies
Behavioral health experience is a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
