**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Field Inspections**: Oversee and perform detailed inspections of bridge construction activities, ensuring compliance with **Design-Build Contract** requirements.
- **Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)**: Conduct shop fabrication and field weld inspections.
- **Painting Inspections**: Oversee shop and field painting activities to ensure they meet required standards.
- **Environmental Compliance**: Ensure all work follows the **New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC)** guidelines on erosion and sediment control.
