Akkodis is seeking a Mobile Architect for a contract job with a client in Plano-TX. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of overall technology experience, including at least 3 years as a Mobile Architect. They will lead the planning and execution of multiple projects while overseeing the development and implementation of Java REST Web APIs to ensure high performance and scalability.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Mobile Architect job responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of multiple mobile projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of Java REST Web APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.

  • Providing technical guidance and support to the development team, particularly in Java 8, Java 11, and Kotlin.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver optimal solutions for mobile applications.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Years of Experience Required: 10+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 3 years in a Mobile Architect role.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Android and iOS applications

  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above) and knowledge of Kotlin.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $57.00 per hour
