Our Renewable Energy partner seeks a dynamic Senior Project Manager (Remote) to support their Industrial & Agriculture team. This role focuses on the FlexTech, On-site Energy Manager, C&I Carbon Challenge, and C&I Accelerated Efficiency programs. The Senior PM will lead project management efforts, data analysis, and reporting for energy-focused initiatives.

The Senior Project Manager (Remote) position is a 2-year contracted role. The pay rate ranges from $72.11 - $91.34/hr, depending on experience.

Senior Project Manager (Remote) Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from initiation through completion (scope development, scheduling, budgeting).
  • Manage contractors, program support agreements, and resolve project issues with applicants, contractors, or consultants.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams using video meetings and various program platforms.
  • Develop tracking, reporting, and analytical tools for new initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Assist in creating PONs and RFPs and contribute to strategy and process improvements.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to guide decision-making and program effectiveness evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to refine strategies and processes.

Senior Project Manager (Remote) Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in energy or technical fields.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multi-project programs.
  • Strong knowledge of energy-related technical practices in the industrial sector.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical and process writing.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and critical problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, mathematics, or a related field preferred.

Tools & Systems:

  • Salesforce, MS Teams, SharePoint, Internal databases (e.g., Buildings Portal; training provided).
