Job Overview :
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect, you will be a critical technical expert leading the design, implementation,
and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business
needs into scalable CRM solutions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design & Architecture: Create the overall CRM system architecture to align with business needs
and integrate with other systems. Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and dashboards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to the development team, enforce best practices, and translate
business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implementation & Integration: Manage CRM implementations, data migration, and integration with other
systems (ERP, SharePoint, Azure, etc.). Lead deployment and testing to meet performance goals.
- Client Interaction: Gather requirements and understand business needs through close collaboration with
stakeholders. Customize CRM interfaces and train end-users.
- Performance & Security: Regularly audit the CRM system to identify areas for improvement and ensure data
security and compliance measures are implemented.
Requirement Skills :
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with data migration tools and integration techniques.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Power Automate, and other advanced data tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including custom development and architecture.
- Strong experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technology-related issues and business scenarios.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
