  • Contract to hire
  • Schedule- rotating- 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. 12 hr days.
  • 5am 5pm, 6pm to 6pm or 8am to pm.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prioritizing responsibilities and key accountabilities while on shift.
  • Collecting and analyzing raw material samples in-process samples and final product samples using analytical methods to assure that the samples and products meet internal and external customer specifications.
  • Validate and approve raw material shipments.
  • Analyzing customer samples
  • Monitoring process conditions and variables using various data historian tools. Involved in making process adjustment decisions and recommendations. Communicate and supply analytical support to all levels of the organization. Operating, maintaining, validating and calibrating bench top and in-line instruments. Data analysis, interpretation and reporting using a LIMS and SAP. Troubleshooting process upsets and managing resources to resolve them. Training new employees on Quality Assurance systems, analytical methods and instruments. Uphold all HACCP, ISO 9001/14001, and RC14001 principles. (Done in conjunction will all aspects of their job)

TRATEGIC FOCUS: (The focus desired and expected on the position over the next 1-3 years) Learn and understand the operation of production site for all products manufactured. Understand the impact of analytical results to the operation of sites plants. Learn the operational principles of the QA lab instruments. Learn how to troubles shoot, conduct minor repairs, preventative maintenance and calibration of QA laboratory instruments.
