Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues promptly. For the absolutely right candidate this can be a fully remote position.
Duties:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Utilize ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve user requests
- Configure and maintain computer systems, including installing operating systems and software applications
- Assist with user account management in EntraID and O365 and troubleshoot access issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex problems and follow up on issue resolution
- Provide support for various operating systems such as Windows Server, Mac OS, and Linux
- Work within our remote management suite to provide problem resolution from your desk, and dispatch field calls to the team as needed.
- Train users on basic IT functions and best practices
Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Ubiquity Unify WAP management and Sonicwall Firewalls.
- Familiarity with EntraID and Office365 admin for user account management
- Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows Server, Mac OS, Linux
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at all levels
- Experience supporting mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role
