My client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our HR strategy across the company. You will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with proven leadership skills and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals; advise senior leadership on HR matters.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention; manage performance and development programs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture; handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; manage risk related to employment practices and maintain updated HR policies.
  • Track key HR metrics like turnover and engagement; provide data-driven insights for decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within Biotech or Pharma
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
    • Experience with talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute HR initiatives with a hands-on approach.
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
