Role: IT Business Partner Supply Chain (SAP)

Job Description:
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with supply chain leaders to resolve their strategic goals and ensure IT initiatives rigorously support these objectives.
Project Management: Lead and handle IT projects related to the supply chain, ensuring detailed and timely delivery aligned with business requirements.
Collaborator Engagement: Champion and nurture positive relationships with crucial collaborators in the supply chain and IT departments.
Solution Delivery: Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the supply chain function and drive business value.
Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements within the supply chain.
Data Analysis: Apply data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making within the supply chain.
Vendor Management: Be a great partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Training and Support: Offer training and support to supply chain staff in the use of new IT systems and tools.
Finance Liaison: Be the main point of contact between Finance and the Digital and Data Team.
Thought Leadership: Engage as an integral member of the Digital and Data Team, supplying proactively to the leadership of the IT group.
Finding Opportunities for Innovation: Gain a deep understanding of the strategic business direction in order to find opportunities for technology innovation.
Technology Roadmaps: Identify business technology needs and growth strategies, maintaining evergreen 3-year technology roadmaps.
Annual Operating Plan: Actively participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, ensuring alignment between business and IT initiatives.
Demand Prioritization: Prioritize demand for assigned business areas, collaborating with architecture teams and resource managers.
Quality Consistency: Ensure that teams adhere to and support quality procedures and policies.
User Needs Anticipation: Work with business groups to anticipate user needs and coordinate with the broader IT organization.
Evaluation of Portfolio: Continuously assess the progress of the portfolio to ensure value delivery to collaborators.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies in the portfolio.
Business Process Insight: Apply knowledge of current business processes for creative business process redesign and technology improvement.
