We are looking to hire a Human Resources Director for a Series-A Funded B2B Transportation management startup.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of HR experience in a high-growth start-up; ideally someone who was the first or second HR hire at a high-growth start-up where they played a key role in building and managing the HR function
  • Functional Experience: Proven HR generalist who has touched recruiting, culture, employee relations + engagement, talent management, people development, compensation, benefits, organizational development, compliance and legal
  • Must instill and uphold organization values throughout the business (Go get it, Drive a mile, Own your zone, Execute relentlessly, Raise the bar, Spend wisely)
  • Leadership + Working Style: Builder-mentality, smart, hardworking, data-driven, collaborative, growth-mindset and autonomous. Thrives in a fast-paced high-growth start-up environment
