Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote/Hybrid options available)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 + 55% commissions

As they continue to grow, they're now seeking a strong recruiter to join the team, with a focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing highly qualified tech professionals at all levels.

Growing a minimum of 60% YOY for the last 5 years my client continues to dominate the local market. You will truly be joining the best of the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them.
• Primary coverage across Software Development, Cyber Security & transformation.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect match for each placement.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, providing advice and guidance on the current talent market.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, feedback, and support during the hiring process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and accounting certifications to remain competitive in the market.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Adept at using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
