Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Lead efforts to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from planning and recruitment to onboarding and retention
- Implement programs for professional growth, including training and career development
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and best practices
- Design and implement performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives that drive organizational culture and employee engagement
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the capability to ensure compliance and reduce risk
- A strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and achieve impactful results
