  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in their New York, NY location.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
  • Oversee project resources, including the procurement of staff, and provide motivation, coaching, and guidance.
  • Ensure the project follows established systems development and project management processes.

Collaboration & Business Alignment:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and gather business requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders and sponsors.

Testing & Delivery:

  • Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate the UAT process, coordinate rollout plans, and develop operational procedures.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

  • Communicate project status and key updates with the project team, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Make presentations to steering committees and project sponsors on key project milestones and outcomes.

Requirements / Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager, working closely with business partners.
  • Prior experience with wire payments and deposits.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn and align with business processes.
  • Previous experience working within financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets.
