Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Content Creation and Management

Create and elevate content: Write, edit, and proofread compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and digital ads, tailored to meet the unique needs of multiple B2C clients.Lead content strategy and scheduling: Organize and manage content calendars for multiple clients, overseeing strategic, consistent, and timely distribution across all platforms to drive results.Collaborate with clients: Act as a content partner, communicating closely with clients throughout the review process to capture their vision and reflect their goals in every piece of content.Craft captivating social media posts: Create on-brand, attention-grabbing social media captions that spark user interaction, build community, and align with marketing objectives.SEO and Content Strategy

  • Partner with the SEO team to develop content that aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to craft content plans that captivate and resonate with distinct audiences, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across search engines.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation, optimizing for search visibility and driving organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and integrate target keywords seamlessly into content to improve search rankings.

Research and Analysis

  • Stay ahead with audience insights: Conduct in-depth research to uncover valuable insights into each client's target audience, ensuring strategies are always aligned with the latest industry trends.
  • Optimize for success: Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to continually enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates, driving meaningful results for clients.
  • Leverage analytics: Track, measure, and evaluate content performance using cutting-edge analytics tools to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
  • Deliver actionable insights: Provide detailed reports on content metrics, sharing insights and clear recommendations for improvement, empowering clients to see the impact and potential of their marketing strategies.

Strategy Development and Optimization

  • Partner with clients for success: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into powerful content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Fill the gaps with innovation: Conduct competitor analysis and content audits to identify opportunities, developing fresh and engaging content ideas that attract target audiences and drive growth.
  • Lead impactful content audits: Take charge of auditing web and social content to uncover areas for improvement, pinpointing opportunities that elevate existing content.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with emerging SEO and content marketing trends, continually integrating new practices to ensure content strategies remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Collaboration and Adjustment

  • Team up for SEO success: Collaborate with the SEO team to monitor keyword performance and make strategic, data-driven adjustments to optimize content for better visibility and impact.
  • Refine strategies with data: Use data insights to continually fine-tune content strategies, enhancing their effectiveness and driving stronger results.
  • Bring ideas to life visually: Work closely with the Creative team to deliver eye-catching graphic designs that enhance content across multiple platforms, ensuring cohesive and visually engaging client projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an advertising and marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Skillfully balances competing priorities, staying organized and focused to ensure tasks are completed on time and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team with an eye for detail.
  • Create and implement a coordinated strategy for outbound marketing,
  • effectively using mail, email, online advertising, webinars, and video.
  • Highly adaptive, resourceful, and results oriented.
  • Hungry to learn the ins and outs of multiple industries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, WordPress, Drupal, and SEMrush is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute
