As a key player in our recruitment team, this role is dedicated to hiring Territory Managers across the country. You will lead the interview process from start to finish, ensuring candidates are thoroughly evaluated and aligned with identified territories. By collaborating with Sales Leaders and analyzing data from successful hires, you’ll help shape the ideal profile of a Territory Manager for each region. In addition to conducting interviews, you’ll play a critical role in streamlining the application process and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all scheduled interviews, either in person or over Zoom, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for Territory Manager candidates nationwide.
  • Review applications and resumes to confirm the candidate’s fit for an already identified territory.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify the experiences, characteristics, and qualities that make an ideal Territory Manager for their team.
  • Analyze data from successfully hired Territory Managers to ensure key qualities are being identified during the interview process for specific regions and territories.
  • Share recorded interviews with the appropriate teams to keep the hiring process informed and efficient.
  • Ensure the application process for Territory Managers is smooth, positive, and welcoming for all prospective hires.
  • Maintain a consistent presence at the home office, working Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day. Any exceptions must be pre-approved by your direct Manager.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by Management to support the overall hiring and placement of Territory Managers.

Education Requirements:

Minimum of an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Fast-paced, high-volume professional environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
