A leading global architecture studio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the full spectrum of HR responsibilities and partnering with key leaders on strategic initiatives. This firm has designed well-known projects across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance in talent acquisition.
  • Align HR strategy with the studio’s vision, purpose, and strategy.
  • Influence leaders and stakeholders to ensure excellence in people management.
  • Manage employee relations issues promptly.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • Drive the annual performance evaluation and goal-setting process.
  • Update and distribute job descriptions as needed.
  • Lead and support miscellaneous special projects.
  • Facilitate training sessions, including compliance and performance workshops.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations.
  • Administer new hire orientations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate immigration documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in design, the arts, non-profit or a creative firm is ideal.
  • Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
