What You'll Do: As a New Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager will coordinate quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Managers will verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards and will participate in the site internal and external site audits. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Managers also ensure all quality control documentation is in compliance and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer. What You Bring to The Table:
- Proven experience in handling projects with a minimum value of $20 million.
- Prior experience in the construction of apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools and/or universities in the DMV area.
- Timberline/Sage 300.

What You Bring to The Table:
- 3 years of experience working in the construction industry as Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Must have experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)
- Possess an optimistic and positive attitude, must be able to succeed in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and complete assigned work
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Salary + up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
