  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Experience with portal development, including the creation of custom web components in Service Portal (CSS, Angular JS, node.JS, Bootstrap)
  • Experience in working on Agile Kanban methodology
  • Ability to understand product/customer needs and convert them into experiences within Agent Workspace, leveraging the full suite of workspace capabilities
  • Good development/configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, and Angular JS will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with relevant experience of at least 5 years in ServiceNow ITSM development
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
  • Lead role in at least one platform upgrade; familiar with upgrade process [technical and functional], risks & mitigation methods, day-of upgrade execution
  • Serve as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
  • Strong project, product management, and business management experience
