About the Role:

Our Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for enhancing the business s operational decision-making and strategic planning by developing tools and standards to streamline and automate the delivery of data. They understand the importance and relevance of various data and present it to decision-makers in a compelling, straightforward, and easy-to-understand manner, while also helping to establish a standard framework for report development across the organization.

The Business Intelligence Analyst works closely with various departments across the organization, including Manufacturing, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business processes. They analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualization platforms to support various organizational needs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver comprehensive information delivery solutions.
• Ensuring accuracy and availability of data for decision-making.
• Leading data analysis and visualization projects to support strategic initiatives.
• Developing standards for report development and deployment.
• Supporting existing solutions.

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information.
• You have expertise in SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence technologies.
• You have strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
