Billing Integration Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Capgemini Office)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Billing Integration Business Analyst with 7-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Guidewire Billing Center. The role involves requirements review, test case development, and integration testing for billing systems, including performing tasks related to different lines of business such as Personal Auto and Homeowners insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis and Test Planning:
Review business requirements and develop detailed test cases based on those requirements.
Create mapping sheets for different Lines of Business, including Personal Auto and Homeowners insurance.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Perform various types of testing, such as Integration/SIT testing, negative testing, regression testing, and functional testing.
Defect Management: Follow the defect management process for identifying, reporting, and tracking issues.

Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, managing tasks and coordinating efforts to ensure project objectives are met.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress effectively.

Strategy and Planning:
Support the project lead in estimating efforts, developing testing approaches, and creating test plans.
Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to scaling up project delivery where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
7-8 years in P&C insurance, with a focus on Guidewire Billing Center.
Testing Experience: Proven track record in Integration/SIT, functional testing, and defect management.

Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of billing processes and integration points within insurance applications.
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies for insurance applications.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
AMS Experience: Experience with (AMS) is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills for coordinating across onsite and offshore teams.
